We assist students and individuals in their personal growth and development through after-school programs, workshops, and community projects, helping them explore their passions and talents. Our aim is to provide a secure environment where they can learn, thrive, and prepare for a successful future.
Our Director has been engaged in non-profit work since the age of 18. She established The Propel Project to maintain active involvement with the community, focusing on initiatives such as school programs, sports activities, clean-up efforts, and charitable endeavors. By rallying parents, teachers, and coaches, we collectively strive to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. Throughout the year, we organize various events that bring about meaningful changes in the lives of children, families, and communities. Rather than remaining bystanders, we actively participate by providing support, volunteering, and assisting individuals during challenging times.
Through education and advocacy, we strive to break down the barriers that prevent communities from thriving.
We believe that everyone deserves access to the tools and resources needed to reach their full potential.

"As soon as I met Pam and learned about PROPEL, its vision and the projects they do throughout the year, I wanted to get involved. The people are amazing to work with. I am grateful I have found a way to instill community service in my kids and the experience and compassion being developed in them through PROPEL! Thanks Pam and team for giving, caring and serving and allowing us to be a part of the wonderful work you are doing."
"It’s nice to be shown gratitude, it’s nice to be cared for, it’s nice to be part of a movement, that gives back to our community, in so many different life changing ways, from holiday plays, to neighborhood, clean ups, to our children’s back to school supply needs. Pam Walton, she gets the job done. My children have benefited from her hard, work and dedication and helping our community. Being shown love and commitment in helping other families of our community is a special blessing to be a part of she will always have my support."
"Working with The Project Propel has been a transformative experience. Our team is committed to creating real change, and I'm grateful to be a part of it."
"I'm proud to support The Project Propel and their important work. I know that every dollar I give goes directly to making a positive impact in someone's life."
Because school teachers use their personal finances to purchase supplies for their classrooms, we gather all the school supplies that have been donated and set up a “teacher store” where teachers can come and “shop” for their classroom .. all free of charge. To see their smiles and laughter while shopping with other teachers, all without spending a dime, is so rewarding. We love telling the teachers thank you.
